You asked for it, we arranged it. for the very first time, the motorcycle toyrun company has arranged an Off Road Toyrun.

The aims of the event remain the same, to uplift the image of the motorbiking fraternity and to donate a toy or gift to underprivileged children. The event is organised by the Motorcycle toyrun Company that is an authorised signatory to the national forum of toyruns code of conduct. (due to the nature of motor sports & motor sport eventsno liability can be accepted by the organisors or its agents for any injury or loss howsoever caused).

Following the unprecedented growth of the motorcycle toyrun in Gauteng, particularlysince the involvement of the management and staff at Wesbank raceway, and numerous requests from various quarters to separate the two rider styles, the Motorcycle Toyrun has gone "OFF Road", we have secured the "DIRT BRONCO" facility on Mainreef Road Krugersdorp for a day of fun and giving - remember the day is all about giving toys to the less fortunate.

Again a reminder we are donating gifts to kids from 0 to 16 in homes & hospitals throughout Gauteng.... how many 16 years olds appreciate a teddy these days ? sports equipment, cosmetics, toiletries are always good alternatives for this age group and in their "less privilaged" circumstances somthing of "their own" is very special. These items should be donated prior to undertaking the outride, the sponsors truck will be clearly marked for this.

An off road route of around 45klm has been mapped, ridden & made legal for the day starting and finishing at Dirt Bronco's. All riders will be required to wear safety equipment and complete a rider indemnity form prior to being allowed on the route as required by the land owners, whom we thank for their cooperation & assistance. Off road bikes and quads will not be riding together but will be dispatched in groups to ensure the full enjoyment and safety of all. Indeed on arrivalthe two groups will be seperated to aid with parking and bike/quad traffic on site. IDLE SPEEDS ONLY AROUND THE VENUE PLEASE !.Out rides will commence from around 10:00.All around Dirt Bronco's there will be trade stalls, displays, food& beverage outlets together withthe Top local band Fourteen40 and other artists. Not forgetting the traditional fly over by Santa himself thanks to the un ending support of Netstar.

AS HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE CASE - ONLY STREET LEGAL BIKES ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE PART IN THE ROAD BIKE TOYRUN FROM THE FOUR PUBLISHED START VENUES TO THE EXPO CENTRE. Our understanding is, that metro departments may no longer turn a blind eye - you have been warned!.

Last year was the 25th anniversary toyrun and we experienced our first serious injury - a back injury that required long term hospitalisation. This was a direct result of reckless behavior in front of many witnesses, that needless to say did not "uplift the image of the motorbiking fraternity" indeed it cost the organization severely in the form of lost sponsorship. Marshals and security staff are there for the safety of all participants and members of the public - please obey these personnel, we are guests on private property and right of admission is reserved.

You may or may not believe this but Seriously :The most often asked question "agh can I ride myyoungster on my bike with no helmet" ...... our answer "if you can guarantee your head will hit the same piece of ground first and cushion the blow" a strict no helmet no ride policy will be in place, please do not get upset with safety personnelwe are thinking of you and your loved ones.

With your help and cooperation we will have a great day of fun and giving and bring many thousands of smiles to the less fortunate kids in Many areas of Gauteng again this festive season. the organising committee, the several hundred volunteers on the dayand the kids thank you for your participation.

Dirt bronco is situated in the krugersdorp/Randfontein area. www.dirtbronco.com

Dirt Bronco has a Flat Track, A junior mx track, a Senior mx track as well as enduro/outride tails, however only the specially prepared Toyrun Out ride will be open on the day.

Directions:

From Pretoria:

Take the Krugersdorp Higway (N14) West, it will become the R28 (Pardekraal Drive) as you cross the intersection at Hendrick Potgeiter Road,

continue straight with the R28 (Pardekraal Drive will then become Main Reef Road for a while and then become Paardekraal Drive again

then it will become Windsor Road), you will eventually come to an intersection with Main Reef Road (R24)

turn right (West) onto this road,

It will then become the R28 travel for +/- 1Km and the entrance will be on your left hand side.

From Johannesburg:

Take the R24 West (Main Reef Road), travel until you get to the big intersection with Windsor Road,

carry on straight (West) it becomes the R28 (Main Reef Raod)

after crossing the intersection and +/- 1Km from this intersection you will see the entrance on your left hand side.
